  • Study of Various Option to achieve higher scale of economies.
  • Project Scope & Liability Terms Freeze.
  • Manufacturing Vendor finalisation.

STEP 2

QUOTATION & TECHNICAL FINALISATION

  • Technical Parameter & quaity parameter Freeze.
  • Quote finalisation & approved PO to receive.
  • Manufacturing Vendor Finalisation.

STEP 3

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ​

  • Approved Prototype Sample & Drawing Review.
  • Daily Progress Monitoring to ensure Product readiness well in Time.
  • Online quality check & final Testing & checking
  • Intimation for final customer's Q.C. Inspection & written approval to dispatch.

STEP 4

LOGISTICS ARRANGEMENT

  • SGS/ Representative Audit.
  • Logistics Arrangement with intimation to customers.
  • Packaging of Product as per customer Guidelines & International Standards. ( Pine wood boxes with VCI films & bubble films Wrapping & fumigation of Box)
